A kingdom unlike the beasts
Read in your Bible: Daniel 6–7.
Daniel's faithful prayer leads to the lions' den, and the next chapter portrays beastly empires giving way to heavenly judgment and the rule of one like a Son of man. The visions place violent earthly power beneath a court it cannot control.
God's kingdom differs from domination, and Christ's rule gives reason for confidence beyond present threats. Adventist understanding recognises Daniel's heavenly judgment as part of His saving work. The passage does not invite date-setting or permission for believers to imitate the beasts' coercive methods.
Bring a fear about public events to God without abandoning daily faithfulness. Treat someone under your influence with the fairness you wish powerful people would show. Let confidence in Christ's kingdom reduce panic and the temptation to control another conscience.

Son of man and righteous King, steady my trust beneath the noise of earthly power. Teach me faithful prayer, fair conduct and hope in Your judgment without fear-driven speculation or coercion. Amen.
