Remember how He deals with us
Read in your Bible: Psalms 96–104.
The reading moves through praise for God's kingship and goodness to Psalm 103's remembrance of mercy. God knows our frailty and is described with compassion toward those who fear Him. Psalm 104 then praises the Creator's care for a dependent world.
God's knowledge of our weakness is not contempt. His mercy invites trust and repentance rather than the exhausting effort to appear beyond need. Remembering compassion should also reshape how we treat people whose limitations inconvenience us.
Notice a harsh standard you apply to yourself or another person. Distinguish a real responsibility from the demand for impossible perfection. Offer patient support that encourages growth without using shame as its chief method.

Where have I confused encouraging growth with demanding that someone have no limits?
Respond patiently to one limitation and offer practical help where it would be useful.
Let us pray
Compassionate Father, thank You for knowing my frailty without turning away. Help me receive Your mercy, fulfil my responsibilities honestly and treat the limits of others with patience rather than contempt. Amen.
